Rob Evans Real Estate commenced providing real estate services in the Moruya area in 1994.   Headed by Rob Evans, Rob Evans Real Estate offers an experienced and enthusiastic team committed to providing honest and reliable service.

Following many successful years providing general real estate services, Rob is now following his special interest - rural properties. 

We offer the most experienced team in our region for marketing and selling rural properties.  A most successful alliance with David Nolan of Webster Nolan Real Estate allows us to offer experience, marketing services and coverage not available elsewhere.

ROB EVANS

Rob Evans is one of the Principals and the Licensee of Rob Evans Real Estate.  The office has been established since 1994 and Rob has been actively involved in all facets of real estate in Moruya and surrounds since 1988.

With a background in Land Economics, Rob has expertise well beyond general real estate skills.  In addition, Rob has a strong connection with the region, built over many years as a resident and farmer.

In recent years Rob has worked in conjunction with Webster Nolan Real Estate on a number of sales of large rural properties; selling some numerous times.
